going the distance with running

Although used to taking short runs because of boxing, Dennis hated it. He had only found his love for running recently in 2020 during the pandemic.

With gyms being closed, he was forced into taking more runs, eventually finding it as an effective meditation tool.

Now, he almost always brings his running shoes with him and hits the open road or track if there is any. AS of writing, he averages 150KM a month, which is not that good, but not bad either.
